Three Addictions

Do you seek to be a truly effective leader?  While there are many positive attributes indicative of great leadership, there’s also three addictions that many of us fall prey to.

#1 – Getting Off the Hook.

#2- The Need to Be Right.

#3 – Looking Good.

Listen and see if you fail prey to one (or more of these).

If you’re able to catch yourself trying to get off the hook, needing to be right, or always appearing perfect; and instead choose to embrace responsibility and authenticity, it establishes trust and respect, elevates morale, and absolutely empowers those around you.
